Latitude is launching their first line of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and needed to handle customer subscriptions and renewals. They also required a streamline process to transition customers from evaluation versions of their software to full versions and the ability to co-term additional subscription offerings to the initial subscription offering.
Latitude’s business and sales processes are tightly coupled to Salesforce functionality so seamless Salesforce integration was a critical requirement.

Moreover, the continued release of updates and improvements will allow us to focus on other projects rather than maintaining a do-it-yourself solution.”
